Elite Photoelectric Tech Co.,Ltd is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, digital integrated circuits and optoelectronic detection integrated circuits. At the same time, it is committed to the secondary development of integrated circuits for high-end equipment, forming a high-tech industrial system integrating science, industry and trade.
The company was formerly known as Chengdu Huiying Microwave Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 2004, mainly engaged in the research and development and agency sales of microwave devices. After more than ten years of technological accumulation and industrial sedimentation, in order to meet the needs of business expansion, Sichuan Huiying Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2015 in the High-tech Zone West District, Chengdu, with its business scope expanded to:
- Secondary development, production, processing and sales of microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits, components and subsystems
- Secondary development, production, processing and sales of optoelectronic products (such as InGaAs FPA, thermal infrared FPA, laser imaging FPA) and their components and systems
- Research and development of domestic substitutes for digital integrated circuit chips (such as memory, A/D, D/A)
- Secondary development, production, processing and sales of boards and subsystems

In order to provide more convenient services to customers and expand overseas markets, we have specifically set up Elite Optronics Technology(H.K) Co.,Ltd. As a trading company, the company’s main task is to promote our group’s self-developed products and OEM products from our partners (CAS, CNGC, CASC, CETC, CVIC…) to international customers. To this end, we cooperated with the top enterprises in the relevant industry and launched a number of products that covering different fields and functions, which greatly expanded the product line we sold and met the needs of various system projects of customers as far as possible.
